Purpose

A Wellbeing Specialist in a Corporate setting plays a key role in supporting and promoting the mental, physical, and emotional health of employees. Their goal is to improve workplace culture, productivity, and employee satisfaction by embedding wellbeing into the organizations daily operations and long-term strategy

Job Description

Develop, Implement and Lead Wellbeing Strategies for Singapore and Malaysia.

  • Design and implement a company-wide wellbeing plan aligned with business goals and employee needs.
  • Coordinate wellbeing providers engaged by the organization.
  • Focus on mental, emotional, social, and occupational wellbeing.
  • Initiatives should be around mental health, stress management, nutrition, exercise, work-life balance, etc.
  • Organize workshops, webinars, and awareness campaigns.
  • Ensure strategy is inclusive and responsive to feedback and data.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external providers including the Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) providers.

Monitor, Evaluate, and Report on Wellbeing Outcomes

  • Use surveys, feedback and KPIs to assess potential impacts to further develop Wellbeing strategies.
  • Report on trends, participation rates, and areas needing improvement.
  • Provide insights to HR, senior leadership, and other stakeholders.

Promote a Culture of Wellbeing through Support and Advocacy

  • Act as a wellbeing ambassador within the organization.
  • Provide education and resources to employees and managers.
  • Encourage open dialogue about mental health, burnout, and self-care.
  • Act as an internal advocate for wellbeing in leadership meetings.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with HR, Health & Safety, Learning & Development, Project Leaders and Department heads to align efforts.
  • May also partner with external wellbeing providers (therapists, trainers, coaches).
  • Liaise and collaborate with the Wellbeing Coordinator in Taiwan, as directed.

Ad Hoc Duties

  • Ensure services are promoted, accessible, and utilized.
  • Promote Digital Wellbeing tools, evaluate and introduce apps, platforms, or technologies that support mindfulness, sleep, focus, or overall wellbeing.
  • Support EHS functions as directed by line management.

Requirements

Diploma in Social Sciences or equivalent essential. Degree holder preferred

Have 35 years minimum in relevant roles:

  • Mental health advocacy or program coordination
  • Corporate wellness program delivery.
  • Employee engagement or culture roles.
  • Health & Safety Coordinator qualification with wellbeing focus.
