WELDING SUPERVISOR / FOREMAN

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the welding team and assign daily tasks.

• Carry out and oversee welding and installation works according to drawings and specifications.

• Monitor work quality, progress and rectification works.

• Enforce site safety requirements and ensure proper use of tools and welding equipment.

• Coordinate with site supervisors and engineers to resolve site issues.

Requirements:

• Relevant welding experience with experience leading a team.

• Able to read construction drawings and understand welding procedures and quality requirements.

• Responsible, with good communication and coordination skills.

• Singapore construction site experience and relevant welding certifications preferred.
