- Mon - Fri: 7.30am-4.30pm
- Sat: 7.30am-11.30am
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure Welding Parameters are in accordance to approved WPS
- Monitor Welders qualifications for the Production Welding
- Perform Fit Up and Visual Inspection of the Welds
- Perform NDE, Dimension and Hardness Inspection at various stages like incoming, in process and Final as per API Specification / Customer Requirements / QWI
- Prepare Initial, In process and Final Inspection Reports and co-ordinate with TPI / Client
- Review and comply the weld data records prior submit to customer
- Report any non-conformance and coordinate for corrective action
Requirements:
- AWS CWI / CSWIP 3.1
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in oil & gas industry with NDE experience
- Able to read manufacturing drawings, specifications and perform Dimension Inspection
