Job Description

Main Studio Location: Near Paya Lebar, Singapore

We are looking for a friendly, responsible and organised Weekend Studio Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a lively studio environment, interacting with both children and adult clients, and supporting the smooth running of classes and day-to-day studio operations.

This is a weekend-based part-time role. Applicants must be able to commit to regular weekend work.

Working Hours

Saturdays & Sundays: 9.00am - 6.00pm

(1-hour lunch break)

Remuneration

$800/month + CPF during probation (May-June)

Salary revision from July upon successful completion of probation, subject to performance review.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist students, parents, adult clients, and visitors
  • Handle WhatsApp messages, phone calls, and general enquiries
  • Support class registrations, bookings, and scheduling
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with administrative and organisational tasks
  • Support coaches and staff with day-to-day studio operations
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming reception environment
  • Provide assistance to younger children when needed, including accompanying them to the washroom
  • On selected weekends, support classes, events, or activities at other locations
  • Assist with taking photos and videos of classes, activities, and events for marketing and internal use
  • Support extended hours during events, including packing and unpacking duties where required

Requirements

  • Must be available to work weekends consistently
  • Comfortable working in a customer-facing role with children, parents, and adult clients
  • Comfortable assisting younger children in a caring and responsible manner
  • Willing to travel to alternate locations on selected weekends when required
  • Comfortable taking photos and videos using a mobile phone
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office booking software experience is a plus)
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Friendly, professional, and proactive attitude
  • Prior admin, receptionist, customer service, or childcare-related experience is a bonus
