Weekend Driver & Event Logistics Assistant

Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Weekends, based on event bookings
Vehicle: Provided

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Weekend Driver & Event Logistics Assistant to support our events across Singapore.

Key responsibilities:

Collect the vehicle from the assigned location.
Drive to our Ubi office to collect the event boxes, equipment and supplies.
Check all items against the event packing list before departure.
Load and arrange the boxes safely in the vehicle.
Drive safely to and from event venues.
Arrive punctually according to the assigned schedule.
Coordinate with venue staff regarding loading-bay access and parking.
Carry and unload boxes and equipment at the venue.
Assist the event team with basic setup, including tables, displays and equipment.
Remain available during the event when required.
Pack and reload all remaining stock and equipment after the event.
Return the items to the Ubi office and place them in the assigned area.
Return the vehicle to the designated location.
Keep the vehicle clean and report any damage, incident or maintenance concern immediately.
Support more than one event in a day when scheduled.

Requirements:

Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence with a safe driving record.
Confident and careful driver.
Physically fit and comfortable lifting and carrying event boxes.
Punctual, responsible and responsive on WhatsApp.
Able to follow instructions and packing lists carefully.
Available mainly on Saturdays and Sundays.
Comfortable with flexible hours depending on event timings and locations.
Previous delivery, event logistics or operations experience is preferred.

Working hours will vary according to each event. Event details, vehicle collection location, reporting time and venue will be shared in advance. Assignments may be accepted based on availability.
