Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Wedding Sales Consultant to join our growing team. You'll be the face of our brand-connecting with couples, understanding their vision, and guiding them through our dcor packages and services to help bring their dream wedding to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and consult with wedding couples to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Present and recommend suitable decoration concepts and packages aligned with their cultural and aesthetic preferences.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and bookings.
- Work closely with our design and operations teams to ensure smooth planning and execution.
- Build strong relationships with clients, maintaining communication throughout the sales process.
- Attend wedding fairs, events, or client meetings (including weekends, if necessary).
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, customer service, or event-related roles preferred (wedding industry experience is a big plus).
- Warm, personable, and confident in speaking with clients.
- Fluent in English ability to speak Mandarin and/or Malay is a strong advantage.
- Passionate about weddings, culture, and event aesthetics.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple clients at once.
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
Nice to Have:
- Background in event planning, interior/floral design, or hospitality.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tracking tools.
- Understanding of Chinese/Malay wedding customs and traditions.
