Key Responsibilities:
- Perform operations support for all integrations using webMethods, including monitoring of WM system alerts/notifications, user communication & ticket management, ensuring all issues resolved within agreed SLA.
- Monitor webMethods and related services, to ensure service availability and performance, such as WM services, Oracle DB services, DMZ FTP/S services, infra/hosting alerts, etc.
- Perform webMethods core Integration System Performance monitoring.
- Perform development activities (under governance from EAI COE team) related to bug fixes, Change Requests, improvements & projects.
- Perform periodic system activities such as server restart, testing after windows patching, other system patching and downtime recovery etc.
- Perform webMethods periodic patching (with support from webMethods product team).
- Co-ordinate with all related teams (SAP, SFDC, GITP, partners, etc.) for overall integration issue resolution.
- Based on business needs, conduct ad hoc support where needed in project implementation, in design, development, SIT, UAT & cut-over/go-live activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Over 3+ years of hands-on experience with webMethods platform, specifically in support or development roles.
- Experience with webMethods 10.x or higher.
- Experience with webMethods.io (Cloud Integration).
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD tools in webMethods.
- Experience with ITIL processes.
- Strong knowledge of Java, SQL, and API protocols (REST, SOAP) advantageous.
- Familiar with scripting/tools such as Linux/Unix, Command Central, SOAPUI, Kibana advantageous.
- Solid understanding of EAI, SOA, B2B, and EDI standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a team, and good communication skills.
