Role Description

We are hiring a Web3 Specialist to support blockchain research, ecosystem analysis, and project development. This remote, Singapore-based role focuses on evaluating emerging technologies and translating technical and market information into practical business recommendations.

Responsibilities

Research blockchain networks, DeFi protocols, and emerging Web3 applications.

Evaluate projects based on tokenomics, adoption, governance, and technical documentation.

Monitor on-chain activity, ecosystem developments, and relevant market trends.

Assess technology limitations, security considerations, and implementation requirements.

Prepare research briefs, project assessments, and presentations.

Evaluate potential ecosystem partnerships and support project planning.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to track progress and measure outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience in Web3 research, blockchain technology, digital assets, or fintech.

Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, wallets, and decentralized applications.

Familiarity with Ethereum, Layer 1 and Layer 2 networks, stablecoins, and DeFi.

Ability to evaluate sources, interpret data, and explain findings clearly.

Strong analytical, writing, and collaboration skills.

Based in Singapore and legally authorized to work in Singapore.

Preferred Background

Experience with a Web3 company, blockchain protocol, research team, or consultancy.

Familiarity with Dune, DefiLlama, Token Terminal, blockchain explorers, Excel, Python, or SQL.

Understanding of token incentives, DAO governance, and digital asset security practices.

Compensation

SGD 95,000 - 135,000 per year, depending on experience and responsibilities.
