Role Overview

We are hiring a Web3 Investment Strategist to support investment research, digital asset analysis, market intelligence, and strategy-focused reporting across Web3 and cryptocurrency markets. This is a full-time, paid remote role based in Singapore focused on Web3 investment strategy, digital assets, tokenized systems, DeFi, blockchain infrastructure, and emerging financial technology.

The Web3 Investment Strategist will monitor Web3 markets, research investment opportunities, support strategic insights, and prepare materials across blockchain ecosystems, cryptocurrencies, DeFi protocols, stablecoins, tokenized assets, digital identity, tokenized credentials, and Web3 financial products. This role is ideal for someone with strong interest in Web3 investing, digital assets, blockchain finance, tokenization, market research, and emerging technology strategy.

What You'll Do  

• Research Web3 markets, digital asset sectors, blockchain ecosystems, DeFi protocols, stablecoins, tokenized assets, and investment opportunities

• Monitor token performance, liquidity conditions, capital flows, volatility, investor sentiment, market cycles, adoption trends, and blockchain ecosystem developments

• Support investment strategy research, market positioning, opportunity evaluation, portfolio themes, risk awareness, and digital asset analysis

• Prepare investment strategy notes, market intelligence updates, token summaries, sector briefs, opportunity reports, and strategy materials

• Track developments across blockchain networks, crypto exchanges, DeFi platforms, tokenized finance, digital credential markets, regulatory updates, and institutional adoption

• Evaluate Web3 investment themes across Bitcoin, major crypto assets, DeFi, stablecoins, layer-1 and layer-2 networks, tokenized credentials, infrastructure projects, and blockchain-enabled financial products

• Collaborate with team members on Web3 research, investment analysis, blockchain finance insights, tokenized systems, and digital asset strategy

• Maintain organized research files, token watchlists, market dashboards, investment trackers, sector notes, and Web3 intelligence resources

What We're Looking For  

• Strong interest in Web3 investment strategy, digital assets, cryptocurrency markets, DeFi, stablecoins, tokenization, and blockchain-based financial systems

• Familiarity with investment research, digital asset analysis, crypto market trends, tokenized assets, blockchain ecosystems, or financial technology

• Understanding of liquidity, volatility, trading volume, capital flows, market cycles, investor sentiment, portfolio themes, and digital finance concepts

• Familiarity with TradingView, blockchain explorers, crypto analytics tools, DeFi dashboards, spreadsheets, portfolio trackers, or market data platforms is a plus

• Strong analytical, research, organizational, communication, and strategic thinking skills

• Ability to explain Web3 investment themes, crypto market trends, digital asset risks, tokenized systems, and market opportunities clearly

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while managing multiple research, market analysis, and strategy priorities

• Previous experience in crypto research, investment strategy, financial markets, fintech, digital assets, blockchain projects, or Web3 strategy is helpful

Compensation

Salary range: SGD110,000 - SGD145,000 per year depending on experience
