Web3 Growth Marketing Lead, Web3/DeFi

We are currently looking for a Web3 Growth Marketing Lead for our client in the Web3/DeFi sector, that will be responsible for driving user acquisition, retention, and community growth in the Web3 space.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will lead the go-to-market strategies, scale airdrop campaigns, and deliver impactful token generation events to strengthen brand and community presence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end growth marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Launch and optimize airdrop campaigns using on-chain analytics.
• Strategize and execute token generation events with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with product to deliver go-to-market launches that drive adoption.
• Build co-marketing partnerships to amplify reach in on-chain communities.

What We are Looking For:

• Over 8 years of proven track record in growth/performance marketing within tech or crypto industries
• At least 3 years of experience in leading teams in exchanges, wallets, or L1s
• Proven success driving TGEs and airdrop strategies.
• Data-driven, hands-on, and fluent in Web3 community dynamics.
