Company / Role Overview

This role supports a large-scale digital transformation initiative for a multinational organisation in the healthcare technology domain. You will be responsible for designing and developing user-facing web and mobile application components, translating user requirements and UX designs into production-ready frontend solutions. The role requires close collaboration with product managers, backend engineers, and global stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-quality web and mobile experiences that support complex operational workflows across clinical and technical environments.

Key Responsibilities

. Research, analyse, and evaluate user and business requirements for existing and new web and mobile applications

. Design and implement responsive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms, ensuring usability, accessibility, and cross-device compatibility

. Translate UX concepts, wireframes, and prototypes into production-ready frontend components

. Develop, test, and refine web and mobile interfaces to ensure performance, stability, and alignment with technical requirements

. Collaborate closely with backend engineers to integrate frontend components with application services and APIs

. Conduct usability testing and validation to improve interaction flows and reduce user errors

. Review and evaluate frontend code to ensure it is well-structured, maintainable, and aligned with industry standards

. Support and maintain design systems and reusable UI components to ensure consistency across platforms

. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align design, development, and delivery milestones

Job Requirements

. Proven experience in web and/or mobile application development, with a strong focus on frontend implementation

. Experience designing and developing responsive web and mobile user interfaces

. Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design-to-development handoff

. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and familiarity with modern frontend frameworks or component-based development

. Experience testing, maintaining, and optimising web and mobile interfaces across browsers and devices

. Ability to translate user and business requirements into functional, scalable digital solutions

. Experience working in agile, cross-functional delivery teams

. Strong communication skills to collaborate with global stakeholders

. Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated environments is a plus
