Web Developer (AI / HR Systems Integration)

MTS Systems Engineering Pte Ltd is expanding our team and looking for a Web Developer to join us. We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to redesign our corporate website and integrate it with HR systems via API, while implementing an AI-powered agent to streamline internal HR workflows.

This role combines front-end experience, backend/API integration, and AI enablement.

What You'll Do:

. Redesign and develop the company website (modern UI/UX, mobile-first, SEO-friendly)

. Build and maintain scalable, secure web applications

. Integrate web platforms with HR systems via RESTful APIs

. Develop features such as resume submission portals and candidate workflows

. Support implementation of AI-driven tools to automate HR processes

. Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability

. Troubleshoot technical and integration issues

. Providetechnical support for internal HR systems and digital workflows

. Assist with ad-hoc administrative and HR-related tasks as required

What We're Looking For

. Degree/Diplomain Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field

. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React or Vue preferred)

. Backend development experience (Node.js / Python / PHP)

. Basic knowledge of APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)

. Interestor exposure to AI tools, chatbots, or automation is a plus

. Understanding of web security and data privacy

. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn

. Ableto work independently and deliver end-to-end solutions

. Preferably at least 1 to 2 years experience in web development

. Fresh graduates are welcome
