Web Administrator

Responsibilities:

- Resolve complex problems related to web hosting services, including server downtime and website errors
- Oversea plug-ins compatibility to provide best-in-class User Experience
- Identify and navigate cyber security risks, and optimize server performance
- Assess business needs and providing scaling leverage

Requirements:

Technical Skills: Proficiency in web servers, DNS, email, FTP, and SSL. Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems, scripting languages (e.g., PHP, Perl, Python).
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.
ProblemSolving Skills: Solid troubleshooting skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Education: A degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred
