Ensure a high standard of customer service while maintaining strong sales discipline.
Comply with all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
Local Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail banking, wealth management, or financial services.
Strong interest in sales, client advisory, and relationship management.
Results-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
