Will be coached to complete 4 basic certifications and relevant classes required for financial advisory duties

Invited to participate in the planning process with managers

On the job training via joint-fieldwork sessions

Program allows mentorship and progression to manager within 2 years

Job Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition

Assist clients with wealth accumulation and protection

Building long-term relationships with clients
