Key Responsibilities
- Lead new business acquisition and strategic growth of the Wealth Planning Solutions platform across HNW and UHNW segments
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives that position the firm's trust and wealth planning capabilities in alignment with business objectives
- Partner with internal stakeholders to architect tailored wealth planning solutions addressing complex client needs across trust structures, tax optimization, and legacy planning
- Serve as primary relationship owner for clients, conducting regular portfolio reviews and evolving strategies to meet changing wealth preservation goals
- Analyze market dynamics and competitor positioning to identify growth opportunities and enhance service delivery
- Drive compliance excellence and proactive risk management across all wealth planning activities and client relationships
Your Profile
- Degree in Law, Accounting, Tax, Business, or Finance from an accredited university; advanced qualifications advantageous
- 12+ years of progressive experience in wealth management with demonstrated expertise in trust structures, fiduciary solutions, and cross-border wealth planning
- Proven track record in business development and client acquisition within Singapore's HNW/UHNW segments
- Deep technical knowledge of wealth planning strategies, trust and insurance referral concepts, and regulatory frameworks in Singapore
- Strategic thinker with exceptional communication skillsable to translate complex financial structures into clear, client-focused advisory solutions
- Results-oriented mindset with ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments
