Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the onboarding process for new wealth management clients, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Conduct thorough due diligence and KYC (Know Your Customer) checks to comply with regulatory and internal policies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Relationship Managers, Compliance, and Operations teams, to facilitate smooth client onboarding.
- Monitor and track onboarding progress, promptly addressing any issues or delays.
- Ensure data integrity by accurately inputting and maintaining client information in relevant systems.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of onboarding processes by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
- Stay up to date with industry regulations and company policies to ensure compliance.
- Provide high-quality support to clients by addressing queries related to the onboarding process.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in client onboarding, wealth management, or a financial services role preferred.
- Strong understanding of KYC, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with client management systems.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to address challenges proactively.
