Overview

This role is for a Wealth Management Consultant, offering an entry point into the finance industry with a pathway towards managerial positions. The position focuses on client advisory, relationship building, and supporting clients in wealth accumulation and protection.
You will combine client acquisition, financial advisory, and relationship management, with a structured pathway towards certification and leadership development.

No prior experience is required, as structured training, mentorship, and certification support will be provided. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients through prospecting activities
• Assist clients with wealth accumulation and protection planning
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Participate in financial planning discussions with managers

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21 years
• Local Diploma, A levels or Degree in any discipline
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Training & Career Development

• Coaching to complete 4 basic certifications required for financial advisory duties
• On-the-job training through joint-fieldwork sessions
