Wealth Management Analyst

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our Wealth Management team. This role spans relationship management, investment support, and operational delivery, offering a strong foundation in private banking.

Relationship Management & Investment Support

. Shadow and support Senior Relationship Managers in managing UHNI/HNI client

portfolios and addressing day-to-day client queries.

. Monitor and review client portfolios on an ongoing basis prepare briefings, reports, and

portfolio summaries as required.

. Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions or investment products in

consultation with senior bankers.

. Conduct market research and assist senior bankers with investment recommendations

and product due diligence.

. Assist in preparing marketing materials, portfolio review decks, and client presentations.

Operations & Client Servicing

. Facilitate client onboarding ensuring compliance with KYC/AML standards

. Maintain high standards of client satisfaction and act as a reliable point of contact for

client follow-ups and coordination.

. Coordinate across internal operations, compliance, and product teams to ensure

seamless client delivery.

. Ensure adherence to MAS regulations and internal risk management standards in all

client interactions.

. Maintain accurate client records, support internal MIS reporting, and assist with

operational workflows as required.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in private banking, wealth management, or

financial services. Fresh graduates with strong academic profiles will be considered.

. Must have a Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related

discipline.

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.

. High attention to detail comfortable multitasking and collaborating across teams.

. Familiarity with Singapore, India, and UAE markets will be looked upon favourably.
