About the Role

You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with affluent Taiwanese individuals, families, business owners, and professionals, providing holistic wealth protection and legacy planning solutions through a consultative approach.

Working alongside a team of experienced case managers and product specialists, you will have access to a wide range of international insurance and wealth planning solutions tailored to the needs of high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients within the Taiwanese market
Build long-term relationships with clients, intermediaries, family offices, professional introducers, and referral partners
Identify clients wealth preservation, succession, estate planning, and protection needs
Provide tailored insurance and wealth planning solutions across life insurance, legacy planning, and wealth accumulation products
Maintain a high standard of client servicing and relationship management
Work closely with internal case management and operations teams to ensure smooth policy implementation and ongoing servicing
Achieve agreed business development and revenue objectives

Requirement

Proven track record in HNW wealth advisory, financial advisory, private banking, insurance brokerage, or relationship management
Experience serving Taiwanese clients or possessing a strong network within the Taiwan market would be highly advantageous
Strong understanding of wealth planning, insurance solutions, and client relationship management
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business development capabilities
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder management skill
