Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue potential clients (lead generation).
- Drive growth and strengthen partnerships
- Market research and analysis and strategies
- Meet or exceed sales and relationship development targets.
- Negotiation and deal structuring
- Upsell or cross-sell banking and finance solutions and services based on client needs.
- Stakeholder communication and CRM pipeline management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Act as the main point of contact between the client and the company.
- Understand client needs by conducting regular reviews of client portfolio
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide support
Requirements
- Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor's degree, in any discipline
- Sales and negotiation abilities
- Customer service mindset
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Attention to detail
- Remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate's qualification and experience inclusive of base, commission, incentive and allowance up to $6K
