We're looking for a Senior Equipment Engineer who is passionate about semiconductor manufacturing, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement - and wants to be part of a company where technical expertise is valued and long-term career growth is possible.

YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Equipment Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of critical semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

Your responsibilities may include:
Lead equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and reliability improvement
Analyze equipment issues and implement effective corrective actions
Drive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
Improve equipment uptime, productivity and overall efficiency
Support equipment installation, qualification and process improvements
Work closely with Production, Process and Engineering teams
Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Support projects involving new equipment, upgrades and automation

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation or related Engineering
Experience in semiconductor manufacturing equipment / equipment engineering / maintenance
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Experience with equipment reliability, preventive maintenance or improvement projects
Able to work effectively with cross-functional and technical teams
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
