Position: Sales Support Coordinator

Industry: Marine & Shipping

What You'll Be Doing

Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales team.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and related documentation.
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.
Coordinate deliveries, shipment schedules, and project timelines.
Monitor customer enquiries and provide timely follow-ups.
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and documentation.
Support the team in achieving sales targets through efficient coordination and customer service.

What We're Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Maritime, or a related discipline.
Prior experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Order Processing, or Sales Coordination is an advantage.
Experience in the Marine, Shipping, Logistics, or Industrial sector is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is an added advantage.
