Are you a driven Sales Engineer / Business Development professional with experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), Building Automation, HVAC controls, or smart building solutions

YOUR ROLE

You will play a key role in driving business growth by introducing innovative BMS and building automation solutions to commercial, industrial, and high-value building projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

Develop and maintain relationships with building owners, consultants, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers
Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads
Promote BMS, automation, HVAC controls, and smart building solutions
Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and presentations
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through negotiation and closing
Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure successful project delivery
Build a strong pipeline and achieve sales targets

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced in BMS / Building Automation / HVAC Controls / ELV / M&E / Controls / Automation
Confident in client-facing and business development activities
Commercially driven with strong negotiation and communication skills
Able to understand technical solutions and translate them into customer value
Experienced in dealing with consultants, contractors, developers, or end users
Self-motivated, proactive, and hungry to win new business

Experience in BMS, smart buildings, HVAC controls, or automation products is highly preferred.
