Key Responsibilities:
- Create CNC programs using Mastercam software
- Design and develop jigs/fixtures to support machining
- Plan and order raw materials for production needs
- Develop and maintain process routers for manufacturing
- Monitor and improve production efficiency and workflow
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience with CNC programming (Mastercam)
- Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and fixture design
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
