Job Summary
To ensure the smooth operation, data integrity, and member support for ASPRI's Workers Credentialing System (WCS), enabling accurate reporting to government agencies, insightful analytics for the Association, and efficient handling of member enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Analysis & Insights
- Review and analyse large volumes of workers training data.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to provide actionable insights on manpower and training demographics.
- Support ASPRI leadership in data-driven decision-making and strategic initiatives.
2. System Operation & Compliance
- Manage monthly data submissions and system requirements to government agencies.
- Validate that all data submitted to government agencies is 100% accurate and timely.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data flow issues between Data Providers and government agencies, both before and after system go-live.
3. Member Support & Issue Resolution
- Serve as the first point of contact for member enquiries, appeals, and data-related issues in WCS.
- Anticipate and manage increased volume of member requests from 1 January 2026 onwards.
- Liaise with system vendors and internal teams to resolve member issues promptly.
Qualifications & Skills
- Only Singaporeans
- Degree in Data Analysis or equivalent field.
- Strong analytical skills, proficient in data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with large dataset management and validation processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in system administration, compliance reporting, or government agenciessubmissions is a plus.
