Carry out the routine daily work in PUB water and waste water treatment facility.
Check all the control parameter setting as the written specification and work instruction.
Check sufficient stock of chemical to facilitate smooth production flow
Carry out corrective and preventive action on quality and environmental non-conformance.
Check and maintain the DI system and PUB incoming water system.
Participate relevant in-house quality and environmental training programs.
Follow and maintain quality and environmental document/ work instruction /procedure/records in waste water treatment as evident of conformance to quality and EMS requirements
Follow all activities/processes perform within his operation are complies with relevant quality and environment policies, safety & environmental rules and regulations requirements.
Maintain / meet PH level of discharge rinse water and scrubber exhaust system according to NEA requirement.
Ensure that disposal of chemical waste are placed in safety bag.
Maintain / monitor the underground sump system.
Participate in the training of emergency respond team of chemical spillage and be a team member of ERT.
Perform other duties as deemed necessary by the superior.
