The Job:
- Operate heavy-duty waste collection vehicles safely and legally
- Perform waste and recyclables collection in various premises as directed
- Follow assigned routes and schedules with punctuality
- Communicate with supervisor on the residents or customers feedback
- Handle electrical vehicles if assigned
- Ensure weight loads are within load limitation
- Ensure the truck cleanliness before and after daily collection
- Perform routine vehicle checks and report maintenance issues
- Compliance with Quality, Environment, Safety and Health as well as traffic regulations
The Requirements:
- Valid Class 4 driving licence
- Basic English communication
- Willing to work 6 days per week including early mornings, weekends and public holidays
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and courteous behavior
- Comfortable working in outdoor environments and capable of performing physically demanding tasks
