Responsibility
- Production Line Management: Lead daily operations of hazardous waste treatment systems (evaporation, centrifuges, filtration), ensuring equipment runs safely, efficiently, and within quality standards.
- Planning & Resource Coordination: Develop production plans, allocate manpower and equipment, and manage materials, consumables, and spare parts to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
- Equipment & Site Oversight: Oversee inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to improve reliability, while enforcing 5S housekeeping and disciplined site management.
- Team Leadership & Compliance: Manage production teams through training, shift planning, and performance evaluation, ensuring adherence to SOPs, EHS requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Sales & Technical Support: Partner with sales teams to assess feasibility of new projects, provide inputs on capacity, timelines, and costs, and maintain communication on production progress and risks.
- Documentation & Audit Readiness: Maintain accurate production records and reports, and support government inspections, customer audits, and internal compliance reviews
Requirement
- Minimum Degree in in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial production line experience
- Strong knowledge of hazardous waste production processes and plant operation logic
- Demonstrated track record in managing production line and plant operations is an added advantage Practical operational and management experience with advanced treatment systems, including evaporation technologies (multieffect, MVR), industrial centrifuges (decanter, discstack), and solidliquid separation/filtration equipment (filter press, bag filter, candle filter).
- Willing to undertake plantbased operational responsibilities with adaptability to shift and flexible work patterns is an added advantage
- Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
