Warehouse Operations
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure accurate and timely fulfilment of orders in accordance with customer and internal requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels, discrepancies, and stock rotation to maintain accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
- Implement and maintain proper storage standards, including FIFO/FEFO where required.
Team Leadership
- Lead, train, and schedule warehouse staff conduct performance reviews and identify skill gaps.
- Ensure staff compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety protocols.
- Motivate team members to achieve productivity KPIs and operational targets.
Safety & Compliance
- Enforce workplace safety practices and statutory regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain a clean, hazard-free warehouse environment.
- Ensure proper handling and documentation of controlled or hazardous materials, if applicable.
System & Documentation
- Oversee accurate data entry into WMS systems.
- Verify documentation for inbound/outbound shipments, stock adjustments, and returns.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on performance, accuracy, and inventory status.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse systems (WMS), inventory control, and safety standards.
- Ability to lead teams, multitask, and work under time-sensitive conditions.
