Warehouse Technician

This role mainly supports activities related to warehouse and order fulfillment to improve the efficiency of the warehousing process through a well-designed, cost-optimized warehouse end-to-end plan.

Job Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment

Ensure timely and accurate processing of internal and external orders.

Warehouse Management and Improvement

Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials.

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with proper documentation.

Label and categorize inventory for easy identification and tracking.

Ensure accurate and timely receiving and issuance of materials between warehouse and production.

Conduct cycle counts and assist in periodic physical inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.

Maintains all material handling equipment and vehicles in good working condition.

Maintain proper documentation and records for internal and external audits.

Safety and Cleanliness

Adhere to all safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness following the 5S policy.

Requirements

Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) for inventory tracking and updating.

Ability to lift and move heavy objects.

Self-motivated, positive mindset and good team player.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
