About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, commercially driven, and hands-on Business Development & Growth Manager to support the growth of our venue business. This role is responsible for driving revenue, building strategic partnerships, expanding new business channels, and increasing customer acquisition, conversion, and repeat visits.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in theme parks, amusement attractions, family entertainment centres, indoor playgrounds, sports entertainment venues, or similar location-based entertainment businesses. We are looking for someone who understands both business development and growth execution, and who can turn ideas into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, corporate clients, event organisers, tourism partners, landlords, and strategic partners
  • Develop and secure partnerships, group sales, corporate bookings, school visits, birthday packages, and other bulk sales opportunities
  • Plan and execute growth initiatives to improve customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and repeat visits
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to launch campaigns, promotions, and partnership activities that drive footfall and sales
  • Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, competitor activity, and local business opportunities
  • Develop proposals, presentations, partnership plans, and commercial pitches
  • Negotiate commercial terms, packages, and collaboration agreements
  • Track pipeline performance, sales conversion, campaign results, and key growth metrics
  • Support pre-opening or expansion projects, including market outreach, partnership setup, and business launch planning
  • Explore opportunities for memberships, loyalty programmes, group packages, and recurring business channels
  • Deliver regular reports and updates on business development progress and growth performance

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in business development, growth, partnerships, or commercial roles
  • Must have prior experience in the theme park, amusement, attractions, family entertainment centre, indoor playground, sports entertainment, or related leisure industry
  • Proven track record in generating leads, building partnerships, closing deals, and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion strategies, repeat visitation, and revenue growth in a venue-based business
  • Experience working with schools, corporate clients, event partners, travel/tourism channels, or group sales is highly preferred
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Able to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to track performance using data and reports
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good spoken and written English required Chinese speaking ability will be an advantage

Preferred Profile

  • Experience in theme parks, amusement parks, family entertainment centres, indoor attractions, trampoline parks, edutainment venues, or immersive activity venues
  • Strong network in schools, family-oriented businesses, event partners, or corporate communities
  • Able to combine strategic planning with hands-on execution
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and highly accountable
  • Commercially sharp with a strong understanding of how to drive both traffic and revenue
  • Passionate about guest experience, venue performance, and business growth
