Responsible for the day-to-day Repacking operations, including chemical blending and the repacking process.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day Repacking operations including chemical blending and repacking process.
- To work with lab on the lab test to meet Quality specs after each blending and repacking process before goods can be release for shipments.
- Perform entry of process parameters for repacking and blending process for record traceability.
- Sampling of products to support Technical and Quality requirements.
- Packing of goods after repacking for customer deliveries.
- Member of the Emergency Response Team
- Inspection of all operating equipment to ensure the equipment is functioning and operate in safely manner.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisors.
Experience, Qualification and other information
- ITE/ GCE O level/ GCE N level or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a chemical manufacturing environment or a related environment
- Ability to speak and write basic English for work purposes
- Comfortable working in a chemical manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to differentiate colour for work purposes
- This role requires candidates to be able to perform physical tasks such as [e.g., lifting up to 15kg, standing for extended periods, or climbing stairs/ladders]
