Job Description
. Coordinate, plan and support the daily work of the team/shift.
. Monitor processes and performance in the team/shift with focus on waste elimination.
. Act as a link between the team, support functions and team manager.
. Develop the key processes and tools within the cell.
. Close competence gaps by training/coaching and running SOP audit dialogues.
. Control quality, deviations and line stops together with team manager.
. When needed support team members with immediate problem solving.
. Execute production work according to ALPS standard and participate in continuously improvements.

What You Know

  • Proven experience in warehouse operations or a similar leadership role.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to coach, train, and motivate team members.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency.

  • Familiarity with ALPS standards and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
