Warehouse Supervisor

Basic information:

• Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm/8.30pm - 5.30am (Monthly rotating shift)
• Basic UP $3400
• Location: East

Job scope:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the ERP system.

• Supervise daily cycle counts, weekly counts, and monthly/quarterly stock-take activities.

• Monitor slow-moving, expired, damaged, and blocked inventory, and recommend corrective actions.

• Lead, coach, and manage the inventory control team.

• Collaborate with operations and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient inventory flow.

• Develop, refine, and enforce inventory SOPs and best practices.

• Identify opportunities to reduce errors, improve inventory accuracy, and optimise space utilisation.
