Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

High Frequency Apparel (HFA) is a fast-growing online apparel brand selling across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our own website. We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse team and keep daily fulfillment running smoothly.

You will be responsible for supervising a team of Warehouse Assistants, planning daily work assignments, and ensuring all orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This is a working supervisor role - you lead from the floor, not from a desk.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse and fulfilment operations

• Plan and assign tasks to ensure on-time order fulfilment across all platforms

• Monitor team performance and enforce SOPs and quality standards

• Oversee stock receiving, inventory checks, and discrepancy reporting

• Manage courier coordination and outbound shipment schedules

• Conduct stocktakes and produce basic inventory and operations reports

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety

• Onboard and train new warehouse staff

• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements

• Liaise with the operations team on stock levels and fulfilment priorities

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce fulfilment experience

• At least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead capacity

• Comfortable working physically alongside the team

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Detail-oriented with a high sense of accountability

• Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop order fulfilment is a plus

• Basic computer literacy experience with WMS or inventory systems is advantageous

Working Hours

Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm Saturday: 10:30am - 2:30pm 5.5-day work week
