Job Summary
The Supervisor in general will in charge of the inbound and outbound team. He/ She will report to the Warehouse Manager. This role is responsible for end-to-end activities such as inbound receiving, returns, dispatch, labeling, picking, auditing and delivery processes that are required.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily duties of employees to ensure that quality standards are being met and proper procedures are being followed
- Give guidance to employees in handling errors, problems, complaints and/or disputes
- Manage cycle counting program according to SLA
- Investigate stock discrepancies and feed causes for stock discrepancies through to the operation
- Investigate internal excess & short picks and feed causes through to the operation
- Report on any stock adjustments including the reasons for these adjustments
- Responsible yearly staff performance, teamwork and etc
- Ensure KPI is met and prompt submission of reports
- Interpret and explain work procedures and policies to staff
- Prepare and manage reports, manuals, and other documents using WMS or Microsoft office
- Initiate and maintain orderly records in compliance with companyregulations
- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Manager or Immediate Superior in support of operations when necessary
REQUIREMENTS
- Min. O Level/ Diploma or relevant discipline will be considered an advantage.
- Preferably with Forklift license, knowledge and working experience of supervisory principles and practices.
- Should also possess excellent computer skills, analytical skills, presentation skills, and good people skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability teamed with the ability to delegate work.
- Capacity to manage and maintain an effective team environment.
- Able to follow, perform and maintain a good and positive performance in both housekeeping and safety related task assign by the management.
- Consistently demonstrate, implement and maintain an excellent service quality at all levels of the organization.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
- 5.5 Days work week
- Monday to Friday : 8.30am to 5.20pm (1 Hour lunch break)
Saturday : 8.30am to 12.30pm
