Warehouse Supervisor

ob responsibilities:

. Supervise and lead daily operations.

. Ensure all activities are in accordance to SOPs

. Manpower planning/ deployment for daily operations

. Manage and grooming of employees

. Liaising with vendor for contractor support for picking activities

. Ensure all orders are picked and completed on same day without any spillover/ backlog

. Updating of Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly Reports

. Ensure daily operations are planned to maximize operational and cost efficiency

Education and Experience:

. Minimum diploma in supply chain management/ warehousing

. Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory. Minimum diploma in supply chain management/ warehousing

. Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory position

Professional Qualification:

. Well verse with Microsoft Office

Aptitude and Skills

. Able to work in a fast-paced environment

. Able to multitask

. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

. Strong supervisory and leadership skills

- Able to start work immediately or at short notice would be preferred
