Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description:

• Supervising warehouse employees and daily activities.
• Managing inventory by tracking shipments, deliveries, and stock levels.
• Ensuring accuracy in orders, bills, and deliveries.
• Managing vendor databases and procurement documentation.
• Overseeing the receiving, storage, and shipping of products.
• Maintaining health and safety compliance and conducting daily inspections.
• Coordinating warehouse equipment and fleet maintenance.
• Preparing documentation and reporting on warehouse metrics.
• Training, guiding, and evaluating warehouse staff.

Job Requirement:

• Min Diploma in supply chain or business administration, or a related field.
• Experience in procurement or sourcing processes.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to analyze market trends and supplier performance.
• Knowledge of sourcing methodologies and contract management.
• A valid forklift license will be considered an added advantage.
• Willing to work at Changi North Crescent area.
