Warehouse Supervisor

Job Responsibilties

• Ensuring work areas are kept clean, neat and well-organized.
• Quality check on incoming shipments, report if any defect.
• Pack outgoing shipments as per document shown. Weighing packages and labelling parts appropriately for shipment or storage
• Sealing and tagging packages, confirming accuracy of orders and signing OD to confirm.
• Filling out packing and order forms with the relevant shipping information such as packaging details, weight & dimension
• Placing packages on pallets, and securing with stretch wrap, shrink wrap and strapping
• Ensure correct shipping documents are attached on the package and keeping records of outgoing shipments.
• Loading and unloading from or to trucks by hand pallet truck and forklifts
• Keep complete records of all materials that go through the warehouse (invoice / DO, etc)
• Complying with HSE /Hazard and reducing OH/ S risks and other safety regulations
• Physically stocking in the equipment into correct locations
• Assisting in maintaining security of warehouse

Job Requirements

• Physically and Mentally fit
• Have 1 year of relevant experience
• No experience are welcome to join
• Have forklift license is an added advantage
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
