- Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities
- Monitor and manage inventory of warehouse consumables and equipment
- Responsible for overseeing and ensuring attendance, performance, efficiency, and discipline within the warehouse team.
- Train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse staff
- Process warehouse layout and workflow for efficiency
- Fix and resolve operational escalations whenever required
- Requirements:
- Possess strong leadership skills to supervise ground staff
- Knowledgeable in inbound and outbound process for the warehouse
- Proficient in Microsoft excel and word
