We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Warehouse Supervisor to support daily warehouse operations (about 2000 sqft). This role involves overseeing receiving, inventory management, order fulfilment, shipping, and assisting in team coordination. The ideal candidate is hands-on, responsible, and committed to maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and safety standards.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations and timely order processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping
- Supervise and support warehouse staff, including basic training and scheduling
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular stock counts and audits
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment in coordination with sales and customer service teams
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
- Monitor stock levels and expiry dates, and report to Admin/Finance teams
- Ensure proper handling and storage of skincare products (temperature, hygiene, shelf-life)
- Ensure accurate labelling (distribution labels, price tags, expiry dates)
- Support deliveries and other warehouse duties when required
Qualifications
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and read/write basic English
- Minimum PSLE or equivalent
- Prior warehouse experience preferred (supervisory experience is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good organizational and communication skills with a team-oriented attitude
- Physically fit and able to lift and move packages (up to 50 lbs)
- Possess a valid driver's licence (preferred)
