Warehouse Supervisor

Core responsibilities

1. Overall operation management: coordinate the daily operation of the cloud warehouse in Singapore, and be responsible for the process planning and monitoring of the whole link of goods receipt, shelf listing, inventory, delivery and return, rather than simply executing.

2. Team building and assessment: responsible for the establishment, training and performance management (KPI) of the warehouse team, reasonably allocate manpower, improve team efficiency, and ensure the implementation of SOP.

3. Process optimization and data analysis: By analyzing key data such as inventory turnover rate, delivery timely rate and error rate, we found operational pain points and proposed solutions to continuously optimize warehousing operation logic.

4. Inventory control and inventory taking: Establish a sound inventory taking mechanism to monitor inventory discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy.

5. Cross-department coordination: connect with logistics providers, business departments and customers to deal with abnormal emergencies and ensure smooth business.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or above; majors such as Logistics Management is preferred.

2. Over three years of working experience in warehousing and logistics with frontline operational background; candidates with career progression from Operator to Team Leader to Supervisor are highly preferred.

3. 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the e-commerce industry; proficient in office software including Word and Excel, with solid data analysis capabilities.

4. Proficient in WMS/OMS/ERP and other warehouse management systems, with a logical thinking ability for systems.5. Communicate in both Chinese and English fluently.
