Job Purpose
- Responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, material movement, and shipping activities.
- Leads warehouse personnel, ensures inventory accuracy, maintains safety and quality standards, and supports manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
- Ensure materials are accurately received, stored, and issued according to established procedures.
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members to achieve operational goals.
- Prepare work schedules and allocate manpower to meet business requirements.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and support cycle counts and stock audits.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Production, Planning, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of warehouse operations experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Experience in manufacturing, electronics, EMS, or high-volume production environments
- Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
