Warehouse Supervisor (Exp in Food or FMCG Warehouse/ Central/ Bonus)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the receipt and inspection of incoming shipments

• Support the verification process for purchasing invoices

• Ensure proper storage and rotation of inventory, adhering to FIFO/FEFO guidelines

• Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the warehouse

• Ensure accurate and timely execution of picking lists

• Achieve daily delivery targets in line with KPI metrics

• Assist in planning delivery routes for personnel and vehicles

• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of delivery vehicles

• Enforce professional discipline among all direct reports

• Propose and recommend WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) improvements to address process gaps

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years warehouse experience in handling Perishable Products/Food/ FMCG

• Minimum 2 years experience in supervising warehouse staff

• Good Team Player

• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Meticulous, proactive, independent and responsible individual
