Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity and quality goals.
- Ensure accuracy of inventory records through proper stock control and regular cycle counts.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with warehouse procedures and company policies.
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics supervision.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory systems.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to handle warehouse activities safely.
