Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor cum Customer Service to oversee daily warehouse operations while ensuring timely responses to customer queries.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse activities including picking, packing, and dispatch to maintain smooth operations
  • Ensure orders are packed accurately, meet quality standards, and are correctly labelled before dispatch
  • Coordinate and schedule stock deliveries and courier collections to meet delivery timelines
  • Monitor stock levels and support stock control and replenishment to prevent shortages
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper storage practices to ensure a safe work environment
  • Train and guide packing staff on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards to improve team performance
  • Handle customer enquiries related to orders, delivery status, and stock availability with timely and professional responses
  • Follow up on delivery issues, missing items, or packing discrepancies to resolve customer concerns promptly
  • Coordinate internally with relevant teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of customer communications and resolutions for accountability

  • Responsible, organised, and hands-on approach to work
  • Proficient in handling customer communications via online platforms such as WhatsApp and email

  • Working Hours: 5-day work week
