Job Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming goods, inspecting and outgoing goods including materials, supplies and equipment
- Maintaining accurate inventory records manually and systems
- Organizing and arranging inventory and initiating requisitions for required restocking
- Monitoring inventory for stock take and restocking purposes
- Preparing and packing items for shipment and delivery
- Coordinating with other departments to fulfil material request in a timely and orderly manner
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in handling and storing materials and equipment
- Performing regular routine maintenance and cleaning of the storage area and working area daily
- Adhering to workplace health and safety standards and regulations.
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver and collect goods, materials, or equipment.
- Plan delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance (e.g., refueling, cleaning, checking fluid levels).
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and related documentation.
- Adhere to all road safety rules, traffic regulations, and company policies.
