Job Overview

We are looking for an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Warehouse Storekeeper to manage packaging inventory and support our central kitchen operations. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and issuing cake boxes, macarons packaging, and materials, ensuring our pastry chefs and packing teams receive the supplies they need on time.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Stock Management:
- Conduct regular stock counts, inventory audits, and report low stock levels to avoid operational delays.
- Receive incoming packaging supplies, inspect goods for damage or discrepancies, and log delivery receipts.
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly labeled storage shelves following FIFO (First-In, First-Out) standards.
Kitchen & Production Support:
- Prepare, pick, and deliver required cake boxes, ribbons, inserts, and packaging materials to pastry chefs and production lines promptly.
- Assist the packing team during peak production hours to ensure finished cakes, macarons, and pastries are boxed securely and accurately.
Material Handling & Safety:
- Safely operate manual hand pallet trucks and trolleys to transfer goods within the warehouse and kitchen premises.
- Keep the warehouse, staging areas, and passageways neat, tidy, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Ensure storage conditions meet food safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

Prior experience in warehouse inventory, storekeeping, or food manufacturing/bakery environments is an advantage.
Hands-on experience operating manual hand pallet trucks and transport trolleys.
Physically fit and comfortable handling stock movement, light lifting, and standing during shifts.
High attention to detail with basic numerical ability for stock taking and count accuracy.
Strong team player with good punctuality and communication skills to work closely with pastry chefs and packing crew.
