Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the IT distribution industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Warehouse Project Manager (3PL Lead - Rules Maker) in hopes of strengthening operational governance and warehouse implementation projects. They are located in the (West) - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Lead warehouse implementation initiatives including operational setup, process design, and go-live execution for logistics projects.
- Establish operational frameworks, warehouse procedures, and workflow standards governing inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound activities.
- Develop operational policies, work instructions, and process documentation to standardise warehouse practices across sites.
- Coordinate with 3PL operators, internal logistics teams, and technology partners to ensure operational readiness for new projects.
- Define warehouse layout planning, storage configuration, and material flow to optimise space utilisation and throughput.
- Oversee deployment of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ensure integration with operational processes.
- Track implementation milestones, operational KPIs, and compliance with project deliverables.
- Review operational performance and introduce process improvements to enhance accuracy, productivity, and fulfilment reliability.
- Manage issue resolution during project rollouts and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
- Experience in warehouse operations, contract logistics, or third-party logistics (3PL) project implementation.
- Exposure to warehouse process design including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and distribution operations.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), logistics technology integration, or automation solutions.
- Experience managing operational setup, process governance, or large-scale logistics projects.
